While we aim to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please review our return and refund policy outlined below.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, SoulSip does not accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements will be processed under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or spoiled upon delivery
- Incorrect items from the confirmed order
Upon verification of the claim, SoulSip will:
- replacement product(s) at no additional cost, or
- full or partial refund to the original payment method
Note: SoulSip reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate based on the evidence provided.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
After this window, orders are automatically processed and cannot be canceled or modified.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
SoulSip will not issue refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- Personal taste preferences.
- Not stored properly after delivery.
- Beyond the 48-hour claim period.
5. Logistics Partner Terms: Koombiyo
For orders handled by Koombiyo, the following additional conditions apply:
- Only accepted if the delivery driver is still present.
- Non-refundable.
- Through the system with an appropriate remark noted for the driver.
- Transported back to our warehouse for quality inspection before any action is taken.
