Delivery Option

• Standard Delivery (Island‑wide): 2–5 business days.

Where We Deliver

• Available everywhere in Sri Lanka — city areas, suburbs, and rural locations.

Shipping Charges

• A flat rate shipping fee is applied to all orders (LKR 350).

 

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch.

Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

• Expect delivery within 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Missing or Delayed Orders

• If your delivery is delayed beyond the 5‑day window after dispatch, contact us and we’ll look into it.
